Outcome’s participation in the execution of a construction contract typically depends on the scope of the project and level of complexity. We specialize in early contractor involvement contracts where the owner solicits design, risk and quality management, and project planning and controls expertise as part of the construction tender. Outcome provides support to constructors and also has the required surety and insurance to participate as the lead proponent or a joint venture partner on such construction contracts. Outcome’s construction services include:
- Engineering pre-construction services, execution plans and technical methodologies during tender, and preparation of shop drawings and Requests for Information during construction
- Detailed ‘bottom-up’ deterministic cost estimates for tender submission
- Resource-loaded critical path construction schedules in Primavera P6
- Environmental sampling for on-site testing and for off-site laboratory analyses and preparation of environmental compliance reports to regulatory authorities
- Cost tracking and preparation of weekly earned value management reports during construction, including Cost Performance Index and Schedule Performance Index data
- Surveying services for topographic surveys, layout surveys, and as-built surveys
- ACAD drafting services
- Quality Management services, including preparation of construction quality management plans and completion of Inspection and Test Plans and related checklists
- Materials testing services for soil and concrete
- Contract administration, preparation of monthly progress claims, change order management, and preparation of equitable adjustments
